Fibre-reinforced, very low-tension, cement-based levelling compound. For application to cementitious or wooden substrates.
One 22kg bag of Z520 is mixed with 3.50 to 3.75 litres of water and can be applied at a thickness of 3 to 40 mm. The Wakol Measuring Bucket (WAMEABU) is ideal for gauging the correct amount of water required for each mix.
Wakol D3003 primer (WAD300310) must be applied before applying over absorbent cementitious substrates. When applying over wooden substrate, the maximum depth is 6mm and D3045 primer must be used.
Coverage: 1.8kg per mm thickness per square metre;
3mm thick = 5.4kg per sqm or 4.1sqm per bag. 5mm thick = 9kg per sqm or 2.4sqm per bag.
Drying Time: 3mm application will be dry in 6 hours,
40mm in 48 hours.
WAKOL Z 520 is fibre-reinforced, very low-tension, self-levelling, cement-based thin screed. This levelling compound can be applied in layer thicknesses from 3 to 40 mm.
