Standard palletised deliveries take 2–4 working days. Next day pallets (if available) must be ordered before 1pm.

Additional charges do not apply with flooring orders with the exception of 2.4m sheet materials. These will incur a £50 charge.

Re-deliveries

If you or your customer are not in when delivery is attempted (and there is nowhere to leave safe), we will contact you to arrange a redelivery date. Please note, a £30 redelivery fee will apply. Additionally, cancellations on the day of delivery (or on route) will also incur a £30 charge.

Collections

You may collect your order from our warehouse at Unit A Blenheim Trade Centre, Blenheim Road, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 9XX.

Please give advanced notice when ordering flooring to enable us to pick your order, ready for your arrival. Also some floors are held at our Croydon depot so we may need a days notice to get them over to Epsom.

We do endeavour to have all the items advertised in stock, but please ensure your order has been confirmed if you are making a long journey to collect.

Returns

A 15% restocking charge applies to all items returned in good resalable condition within 30 days of invoice. Packs of wood must be unopened. If we are required to collect your items for return a £30+ charge will apply. We do not accept returns of any screeds and sheet materials. All non-stock items are non-refundable and once the sale has been made it cannot be cancelled.
