Delivery and Returns

Next day mainland UK delivery on all stock items ordered before 3pm. Palletised deliveries 2-4 day service. Next day pallets (if available) must be ordered by 1 pm.
We deliver all over the UK

If you order before 3pm you can get next day delivery on all stock items, for an additional cost you can book one of our timed delivery slots, see below. We have a free weekday delivery zone in all CR, KT, SM, SW and TW postcodes, with free delivery to the rest of the UK on flooring and accessory orders, as below.

Collections
You may collect your order from our warehouse at Unit A Blenheim Trade Centre, Blenheim Road, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 9XX , but please give advanced notice when ordering wood to enable us to pick your order, ready for your arrival.

We do endeavour to have all the items advertised in stock, but please ensure your order has been confirmed if you are making a long journey to collect.

Returns
A 15% re-stocking charge applies on all stock items in good condition, returned with the original invoice and within 30 days of delivery. Packs of wood must be unopened. Collections will incur a £30 charge.
Important
Screed & non-stock/special order items can not be returned, all damges must be recorded on receipt of goods, open packs/products can not be returned.
