Delivery Information
- Deliveries available Monday to Friday (Saturday deliveries can be arranged at cost) within the UK
- Orders (for stock items) placed before 1pm will be delivered on the next working day (Monday to Friday) . If you do not require next day delivery please call us to arrange a suitable date.
- Orders (for stock items) placed at the weekend will be processed and despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
- Delivery is free of charge on all Flooring and Accessory orders over £300.00 (excluding VAT)
Orders under £300 (excluding VAT), will be charged according to product. Minimum charge is £5. Maximum charge is £25**. Delivery cost will be added to your shopping cart once it is full.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland (or across water, ie. Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands) will be charged at cost - please call our sales team on 020 3044 2044 for a quotation
- Please ensure that someone will be able to assist the driver with delivery if required

Hazardous Goods
- Items marked as dangerous or flammable can only be despatched on our own delivery vehicles within a 30 mile radius of our Chessington warehouse.
Often a suitable non-hazardous alternative is available, ask our sales team for details
Returns
- Stock items may be returned as long as they are in good condition. Packs of wood must be unopened. A re-stocking charge of 15% will be made (25% on laminates) plus £25 collection costs.
IMPORTANT: Mouldings, Screed, Preparation materials and non-stock items can not be returned.
